This will cause the penis to extend out further from the body. The penis will not be actually longer, but more of it is allowed to stick out from the body, giving the impression of more length. girth enlargement To increase the width of the penis, the surgeon will sew strips of fat underneath the skin of the penis (known as dermal fat grafting) or the surgeon can inject fatty tissue into the penis (known as fat transfer). Both are surgical operations usually done under general anaesthetic and both can be done at the same time if required. The entire procedure lasts just over an hour and usually takes place under a general anaesthetic. It may also be necessary to include circumcision as part of the procedure. |
